The GMH | Building Management Hamburg GmbH is a municipal company that provides construction, operation and management services for, among other things, over 50 general education schools in the south of Hamburg (Wilhelmsburg and Harburg) as well as for university and municipal buildings.The MIN Forum and Computer Science project consists of two above-ground buildings on a shared basement floor. The total gross floor area is around 43, 000 m2. The room program is made up of central functions of the MIN faculty (canteen, library, seminar rooms and lecture hallsas well as offices) the Institute of Computer Science and the central backup data center of the University of Hamburg.
