A brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the work completed as a result of this procurement is to analyze the requirements for the preparation of the construction project and to submit a proposal for amendment of these requirements based on the applicable legal space, problem areas identified and applied practice. The work must be completed depending on the volume of amendments to the current Minister of Economic Affairs and Infrastructure of 17.07.2015 Regulation No. 97 of the Minister of Economic Affairs and Infrastructure “Requirements for the Building Project” Regulation or the complete text of the new regulation together with the explanatory memorandum at the level of the draft, Impact analysis and risk and cost assessment. If the need occurs, the result of the work must also include proposals for amendment of the Building Code to the extent described above.
