Possible deliverables required: • Major procurements and infrastructure projects (including P3-s as and when applicable); • Procurement process, evaluations, negotiations, contract development, renewals, extensions, review and/or amendments; • Documents review; • Commercial legal advice; • Construction legal advice; • Fairness advisory services; • Procurement law and trade agreement matters; • Independent and conflict of interest-free input and fairness advisory support; and • Other matter.
