Quotation are invited for Legal Services for Company and Trademark Registration in UAE

Scope of Services Required:
The selected firm will be responsible for handling all aspects of the registration process, including but not limited to:

Defining business activities and legal structure

Securing a business location on the UAE mainland

Trade name reservation

Obtaining all necessary approvals, licenses, and registrations

Trademark registration with the UAE Ministry of Economy

Opening a corporate bank account

Completing final legal registrations and requirements
