Quotation are invited for Identify Vendors for Legal Services for NGO Registration Maintenance, Expatriate Immigration Assistance, and Other Legal Needs for In-Country Operations.

Provide Legal Consultation and Representation as May Be Necessary for Iri-s Activities and Operations in Morocco, in Full Compliance with Moroccan Law. Duties Will Include:
- Assistance in Updating and Maintaining Registration; 
- Labor Law Compliance, Including Review of Local Human Resource Manual, and Labor Contracts in Morocco
- Provide Legal Expertise for Employment Regulations and Conditions Including Changes in Employee Status
Review of Premises (Lease) Contracts, Old and New;
- Residency Permit Acquisition for Expatriate Staff, as Needed;  
- Keeping Apprised on Changes in Regulations And/or Legal Requirements Regarding International Non-Governmental Organizations and Advising on Impact and Next Steps; 
- Ad Hoc Counsel on Issues Related to IRI-s Legal Status in Morocco on The Basis of Deep Knowledge of Operations of International Non-Governmental Organizations in Morocco.
