Expression of Interest are invited for Legal Study on Confidentiality and Data Privacy Matters regarding the Publication of Fisheries Management Information
The overall objective of this contract is to support the FiTI International Secretariat in conducting a legal analysis on confidentiality and data privacy considerations when participating governments seek to publish fisheries management information in accordance with the FiTI Standard. This will allow the Secretariat to strengthen confidence among national stakeholders in implementing the transparency requirements of the Fisheries Transparency Initiative in compliance with the countrys legal framework.
The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals). Please note that the total size of all attachments should be less than 5MB. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
