Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being conducted under simplified acquisitions procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.
The purpose of this document is to purchase an online legislative tracking publication subscription service. This online subscription system access shall be able to provide daily email notifications summarizing congressional actions, events, news reports, and analysis; access to congressional databases for searching both current and historical congressional action reports, hearing transcripts, bill, report, and law text, bill analysis, floor votes for bills and amendments, member profiles and biographies; and various other archived information.
