The purpose of this modification is to:
Extend the closing date to Friday April 4th, 2025 at 12 p.m. local time. Include the minutes of pre-award conference with the related Q&A as attachment 2; implement the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Class Deviation regarding Executive Order (EO) 14128 & section 2 of EO 14208; implement the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Class Deviation regarding EO 14148, Initial Rescissions of Harmful EO and Actions, and Section 2 of EO 14208, Ending Procurement and Forced Use of Paper Straws; and implement the President-s Executive Order 14173 Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity.
