This notice serves to provide notification to all small businesses for the upcoming solicitation for the following non-personal services: Providing all plant, labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and operations necessary to regrade Missile Alert Facilities and Missile Launch Facilities, and access roads, ditch grading (on/off site), placement of gravel and stone, clean SP-104 trench and/or pit, clean culverts, culvert replacement, install culvert end sections, install culvert markers, install clay barrier layer, seeding, topsoil, and geotextile fabric.
