Tender Details

DFS is planning to replace the lighting in the control centers in Bremen, Munich and Karlsruhe. Due to the EU market ban on fluorescent lamps, an artificial lighting concept must be planned for the locations mentioned and the implementation coordinated. For this purpose, a revision of theexisting lighting concept designed in the same way at all three locations. Detailed ergonomic requirements for the lighting of control centers specified by DFS must be adhered to. Due to the particularly critical visual task in all control centersThe aim of the DFS is to develop the same lighting concept for all three locations. Furthermore, the concept must take into account the lighting replacement at two of the three branches during ongoing sensitive air traffic control operations. Test setups are included to validate the conceptMeasurements at the Bremen location are planned.

The planning services are divided into the following performance levels (LST).

LST 1 - Lph 1 and 2 based on § 55 HOAI

LST 2 - Lph 3 based on § 55 HOAI

LST 3 - Lph 5, 6 and 7 based on § 55 HOAI

LST 4 - Lph 8 based on § 55 HOAI

With representativeAt the end of the contract, only the first level of planning for the DFS branches in Karlsruhe, Bremen and Munich is initially commissioned. There is no legal right to transfer the further performance levels.
