In connection with the development of the Hungarian section of the Budapest-Belgrad railway line, the collection and transportation of solid waste illegally abandoned by unknown persons on properties under the management (ownership, management) of MAV Zrt.shredding into needles, the transported waste is in accordance with CLxV of 2012 on waste. by documenting it in accordance with the relevant paragraphs of the Act.

The contractor is responsible for collecting the waste on site, sorting it if necessary, loading it onto a transport vehicle by manual or mechanical power, andtransportation of waste according to regulations and handing it over for further treatment to a licensed waste management facility. It is also the responsibility of the Contractor to cut and compact the waste into transportable sizes, as well as to provide the necessary tools for this. OpenWork processes involving flames or sparks may only be carried out with a fire-ignition permit issued by MAV Zrt.
