③ have Grade A, B or C in "Sales of pistry" of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kyushu-Okinawa Region in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024 ;
④ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
