Description



The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items:



1) ITEM 1- HE LIQ-100 Helium, liquid, 100 LTR QTY- 2



This requirement is sole sourced to Westair Gasses and Equipment as the only vendor willing to provide urgently to meet our schedule and due to there being a worldwide shortage of helium and suppliers are rationing helium and with no other companies willing to accept new customers.



This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893624Q0198 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm-s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. Written responses to this notice shall be submitted by email to Beth Exzabe at Beth.a.exzabe.civ@us.navy.mil
