Tender Details

Design, manufacturing, installation, testing, and commissioning of a synthesis reactor system. This reactor system is dedicated to the multi-step synthesis of molecules and polymers in solvent or in melt. This equipment will allow the controlled reaction of different reactants needed for the chemical synthesis, in their different state, liquids, viscous liquids, or powders. The synthesis will be done in an automatized manner, with the controlled addition of the different reactants to the reaction media, including a control of the temperatures, and distillations. In addition, the synthesis parameters must be monitored such as temperature, viscosity. Specific spectroscopic methods with online monitoring are required to follow reaction kinetics and evolution, such as NMR. (If options are chosen).
