RE: Letter Request for Proposal (RFP) SPRRA2-24-R-0027

Saft America,

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) intends to create a single three-year indefinite delivery requirements (IDR) firm-fixed price (FFP) contract on a sole-source basis to Saft America. This contract will support the procurement of the newly designed and developed Lithium Ion Battery, PN 13711265. Requirements are generated by PEO Missiles and Space (PEOMS) Tactical Aviation and Ground Munitions (TAGM) Program Office.

As a result of this RFP, SPRRA2-24-R-0027, DLA Huntsville wishes to create a contract that will cover all potential requirements for this hardware for the next three years. The quantity of the items will be a range, with minimum and maximum quantities per year. The Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) is given for all three years; however, pricing is only being requested for year one at this time.
