Description

This is a Sources Sought Synopsis announcement; for market survey information only. It is intended to be used for preliminary planning purposes.

No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Kansas City District is seeking information on Lockout / Tagout Software.

2.1 The new software shall meet the following requirements:

Must operate on a 64 bit system. Must be compatible with windows 10 enterprise. Must have a total memory allocation requirement of 501MB or less. The software must manage all steps of a lock out tag out process defined by OSHA. The Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) must be able to be issued by a single click. System software must report and audit history readily available. Users must be able to access training for the software online. Software must meet all of OSHA-s LOTO requirements. Users must be able to have complete control of all LOTO functions. Software must have individual user account abilities. User account must be field-definable with different permission groups as necessary. User account must have field-definable security setting. System must keep audit trail of user logins and user function tracking. System must keep a history of each LOTO procedure ever created. System must have the ability to design tags, permits, reports, and additional user defined forms for documentation. Software must have the ability to design custom permits as necessary. Software must be able to print and use print-ready deceives. Software must be in use by other government agencies like US Army Corps of Engineers.2.2 Database Import from Current Lock Out Tag Out procedure

The current database is a Microsoft access system and needs to be transferred to the lock out tag out system.
