Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
1) The Indiana Army National Guard is soliciting W912L9-24-Q-0006 as an RFQ
2) This Firm Fixed Price (FFP) procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.502-2 (b).
3) CLIN 0001 - Lodging
4) The following commercial supplies are listed in detail below.
4a) The contractor shall supply lodging as prescribed below.
4b) 03 March to 07 March - 25 single occupancy rooms.
4c) 04 March to 07 March - 75 single occupancy rooms.
5) The Indiana Army Natuional Guard is hosting a training event at the Monroe Convention Center in Bloomington, Indiana. The event will require personnel to stay overnight. Desired lodging shall be located within walking distance of the Convention Center. The requirement does not necessitate the use of a single hotel.
6) The room rates must meet the GSA lodging rates as allowed by the Joint Travel Regulation for Bloomington, Indiana.
7) Quotes shall include the following:
A description of the room plan along with detailed pricing information.

8) The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose offer conformance to the RFQ will represent the BEST VALUE to the Government.
9) Quotes are due at 4 PM. local (eastern) time on 19 February, 2024. Quotes shall be submitted via email to brian.williams132.civ@army.mil.
