 Visual Acuity Testing, using both Far Vision testing (Snellen-s Chart) and Near Vision testing (Jaeger-s Chart) or Automatic Refraction Machine

 Digital Rectal Examination (for male 40 years and above)

 Clinical Breast Examination (for women)

 Complete Dental Examination with dental chart (to screen for:



1.Oral Prophylaxis;
