Description : 1. The Department of Agriculture Region - MIMAROPA through the FY2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php1, 174, 950.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of rice bran and corn grits for distribution to SAAD Phase 2 beneficiaries in Occidental Mindoro, Romblon and Palawan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture Region - MIMAROPA now invites bids for the above-titled procurement with the following items as follows:

Delivery of the Goods is on a staggered quarterly schedule. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
