Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following items :

Low Voltage Continuity Testers (Active) - Qty 100 EA

Low Voltage Continuity Testers (Passive) - Qty 100 EA



This requirement is sole sourced to Loughmiller Machine, Tool and Design, 12851 E. 150 N., Loogootee, IN. 47553 as the only vendor able to produce this requirement due to items being direct replacement parts approved by the Weapons System Explosive Safety Review Board . This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to yvonne.c.stockwell.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The response shall reference solicitation number N6893624Q0033 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm-s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.

All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
