Contract award will be made to the LTA holder who submitted the most responsive proposal (highest ranking as combination of technical and financial score).UNICEF EAPRO is seeking to establish one or more non-exclusive Long-Term Agreements (LTA) for an initial duration of 3 years, with the option of two additional 2-year extension, subject to satisfactory performance and agreement of both contracting parties (maximum total duration of 7 years).
