Tenders are invited for Lusail Utility Works (Design and Construction of New Access Roads, Etc).
Brief Description of Works:
The Call-off works shall include:
1. Design and Construction of Utilities Relocation/Modifications/Repair/Upgradation/ Expansion/Testing and Commissioning works (PW, SW, FS. TSE, PWC, DC, GAS. SSD, ELV, TEL, MV & LV Cables) and associated civil/landscape/ reinstatement works;
2. Design and Construction of New Access Roads/Modification of Existing Access Roads.
A payment of non-refundable tender fee in the amount of Five Thousand Qatari Riyals (QAR 5, 000) should be deposited/telegraphic transferred to Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company Bank Account No. 0013-002643-046 (IBAN - QA55 QNBA 0000 0000 0013 0026 4304 6) with Qatar National Bank. Include your company's name when making deposit or online bank transfer so it appears in the bank document. Please immediately email a copy of the deposit slip or Bank transfer advice to arqdfaqataridiar.com attention of Finance along with your Company's full name, Company's CR and state the tender number as a subject. After confirmation of payment, an electronic receipt will be emailed back to you and a copy to QD's Document Control - Procurement department to process the release of tender document.
Tender Bond Value: OAR 500, 000 (Five Hundred Thousand Qatari Riyal) (Valid for 150 days from Tender Closing Date).
Bid Closing Date: 26th September 2024, not later than 12.00 noon local Doha time.
Tender Document Collection Date & Time: From 20-August-2024, between 09.30 a.m. to 01.30 p.m. (Except Friday & Saturday).
