PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND OBJECTIVE(S)
MPAC is seeking quotes for MacBook models identified in the Project Scope as well as details of online portal and support service offerings outline under Project Technical Requirements.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to engage with Respondents for the purchase of the following MacBook laptop models:

NOTE: Respondents are to review the submission platform on bids&tenders before preparing their Proposal. A separate document will be required for each evaluation criteria. Respondents are not to duplicate information in their response. Responses to each evaluation criteria should include only content relevant to the requirements of that criteria.

Respondents are to confirm the following:
Ability for MPAC to access an online portal for placing and tracking orders for MacBook laptops, Including laptop specifications, stock levels, pricing etc.Ability to add custom, MPAC specific information to invoices. Examples include, ticket #, contacts, department name, end-user details, PO, Cost Centre etc.Ability to provide group management setting options; andAbility for MPAC to manage workflow approvals through the online portal.Service Offerings
