This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by MacEwan University (the “University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Virtual Reality Software, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The objective of this RFP is to seek proposals for the provision of Virtual Reality Software for MacEwan University as described in Appendix B. MacEwan is seeking competitive bid requests for Virtual Reality (VR) software for Nursing Simulation Education for its Clinical Simulation Center. This software package must be compatible with VR headsets, therefore compatible headsets should be listed. Additional features include Augmented Reality scenarios within the software that are compatible with VR headsets and high-fidelity mannequins if available.
