The competition concerns an agreement on the supply of banking services to Holmestrand and Horten municipalities. The agreement will include businesses that are part of the basic organizations of the client with an option for any future municipal enterprises, as well as all other companies that are a body under public law and 100% owned by the municipality. Including also companies for which the municipalities are accountants, such as inter-municipal companies (ICS), foundations or host municipality collaborations where the client participates. The competition does not include loans, but the municipalities must have the option of overdrafts. Holmestand municipality Average saldo in the last 3 years has been approx. 200 million, and will probably remain at this level. The number varies and the customer reserves the right that the average balance will be able to change during the agreement period without this affecting costs/interest margins, and that surplus liquidity can be invested in other waysnfor the main bank. The transaction costs are estimated at NOK 450, 000 ex. VAT per year. The volume is an estimate and is not binding on the client. Horten municipality The average balance over the past 3 years for Horten municipality and Horten Harbor has been approx. 500 million, but will probably decrease somewhat. The number varies and onlyit reserves the right that the average balance will be able to change during the agreement period without this affecting costs/interest margins, and that surplus liquidity can be placed in another way outside the main bank.
