Description

This is a Notice of Intent (NOI), NOT a request for proposal. The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with Roche Diagnostics Corporation,

9115 Hague Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46256-1025, United States, to procure a 12-Month Maintenance Agreement for two (2) Roche “Discovery Ultra” instruments with serial #313265 and #319750. These instruments are mission critical and must be maintained in optimum condition.



Minimum Requirements:

The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain a maintenance agreement for above noted Roche “Discovery Ultra” instruments, manufactured by Roche Diagnostics Corporation, to maintain said instruments in optimal operating condition. Service requirement is as specified below:



Equipment Model: Discovery UTLRAService Plan: Standard



Unlimited service visits Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (localtime). Excludes holidays.

Customer Support Center Specialists are available by phone 24 hours a day, 365days a year to assist in troubleshooting.

All necessary warranted repair parts and the travel and labor to install parts. Labor and preventive maintenance kits for preventative maintenance visit(s). Response for emergency repairs within 48 hours of request Monday through Fridaylocal time.

Remote access connectivity for problem identification, training, and monitoring System repaired at customer site. A maximum labor charge for each service visit outside of contract coverage hours. Preventative Maintenance visits.
