The subject of the contract is the contractor providing maintenance services and modification of the central system of the archive of electronic protocols, hereinafter: as a system, in the scope of: 1) maintenance services, service and technical support for the system on the terms set out in Annex 1 to the contract - description of the subject of the contract; 2) system modification services in a total maximum dimension of 5, 000 man -hours for the optional use by the Ordering Party, with the proviso that the minimum dimension of the system modification services is 500 man -hours, implemented on the basis of a separate order, on the principles set out in Annex No. 1 to the contract - description of the subject orders; 3) training/workshop services for system administrators implemented on the basis of a separate order on the terms set out in Annex 1 to the Agreement - description of the subject of the contract; 4) delivery of service packages for the Cape hardware and software platform; 5) granting a guarantee for delivered products and services rendered for a period of twenty -four months from the date of signing the relevant acceptance protocol.
