Description

The Regional Contracting Office, Wiesbaden (RCOW) intends to solicit and competitively award a single non-personal services hybrid fixed-price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) type contract with Time and Material (T&M) Line Items for labor and materials to provide preventive maintenance (PM), density checks, hygienic inspections, on demand repair services and inventory and labeling of Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC), Walk-In Refrigerators and Freezers within the United States Army Garrison (USAG) Wiesbaden, Germany.

The contract will consist of base period of 6 months plus 4-years ordering periods. The government anticipates posting this solicitation in August on SAM website. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to sam.gov. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and the RFQ and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All documentation can be downloaded from the website above. All dates are subject to change without notice.

The PWS and all associated documents will be provided when the solicitation is posted on the sam.gov website.
