The scope of the works includes operation, maintenance, repair, alteration, addition and improvement of electrical and mechanical installations at Cheung Sha Wan Government Offices, Tsuen Wan Government Offices and Various Premises in New Territories Region. The Contract is scheduled to commence in November 2024 for expiry in October 2027.
