This market consists of providing services relating to the rental and maintenance of fire -fighting devices as well as their accessories. Rental only concerns the posts relating to fire extinguishers. The fire extinguishers currently available to the adjudicator will have to be replaced and hire for a period of 8 years. Coordination will therefore be necessary between the providers and the Sambrian. In no case can a building remain without equipment in perfect working order. At the end of this contract, the contractor will have to take over extinguishers at no cost. This market does not give the right to exclusivity to the contractor. As part of this market, the visit to the sites is compulsory under penalty of nullity of the offer. In any case, the contractor will the contractor then contest the charges set out later in the technical clauses by asserting any reason which would have prevented him from having a perfect knowledge of the places and the devices concerned.
