The purpose of the contract is to maintain DGDDI/DNGCD Beechcraft KA 350 ER mission aircraft in operational condition and associated services. of Airworthiness
-AssistaCentral Technical Service (ATC) and On-Site Technical Assistance (ATS);
-the supply of spare parts, consumables and ingredients;
-the maintenance of aircraft;
- the management of Technical Facts;
-the training of users;
-and other technical and logistical support services.
The pThe contract is subject to the procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2324-1, L. 2324-3, R. 2324-1, R. 2324-3, R. 2361-1, R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-12 of the public procurement code.
