The assignment includes the following works: - Aardbruggestraat: replacing square sewer covers with round ones, milling the top layer of asphalt, cutting the edges and locally removing asphalt and foundation, closing the road by installing curbstones type I D1, applying a nnew top layer of 4 cm. - Bevel-Dorp: from the intersection of Itegemsesteenweg (Heikant) to house number 168 (start of new asphalt), milling the top layer of asphalt and placing a new top layer of 4 cm. - Breugelhoevestraat: from Koningsbaan to Zwanenstraat, road markings (dashed lines, sharkteeth intersection) must be reapplied, milling the top layer of asphalt and placing a new top layer of 4 cm. - Pheasantweg and Patrijzenweg: both roads completely milled off the top layer and placed a new top layer of 4 cm, rework of house entrances and ploptionally provided with an edge strip on the verge. - Kapellebaan: from house number 90 to the intersection with Tulpenstraat, replacing square sewer covers with round ones, milling off the top layer and installing a new top layer. - Laarstraat: no connection with Bevel-Dorp, otherwise everywhere elseand of the top layer of asphalt and the installation of a new top layer of 4 cm, road markings (dashed lines) must be reapplied - Lierseveldstraat: only partial demolition of the superstructure of sewer covers, level adjustment and installation of a new superstructure, small local repairsasphalt scaffolding. - Molenvaartstraat: asphalt section between Broechemsesteenweg and Molenvaartstraat where concrete execution starts, milling of the top layer of asphalt and placing a new top layer of 4 cm. - Reigerslaan: replacing the square sewer cover with a round one, milling off the top layer and the papplying a new top layer. At the head of the dead-end road, replace the side strips with 2 rows of pavers. - Schransstraat: from Lierseveldstraat to Naadsevelden, raising the sewer covers, milling the top layer of asphalt and installing a new top layer of 4 cm. - Cycle path Kruideniersstraat: cycle path in front of house number 9 to the bridge over the Grote Nete, width of the cycle path is 2m; milling the top layer and placing a new top layer of 4 cm, must not be colored asphalt. - For the rest, local clay may be requestedne to carry out asphalt repairs at various locations, additional costs for small quantities are not accepted. The contract is not divided into lots. The total extent of the works is evident from the special specifications and the measurement sheet. These documents complement each other. After allocation fromn the assignment, a site visit will be organized at which the contractor must be present (see II.17 site visits). The contractor must submit his signaling request at least 21 days before the start of the works and submit the planning of the works for approval to the manager.civil servant. A post is provided for preparatory works in accordance with 4-1.1 for the installation of site and diversion signaling. (post 2)
