Description : 1 LOT MAINTENANCE SCHEDULES OF 1 UNIT 135KVA POWER GENERATOR AT CARGO TERMINAL BLDG.
SCOPE OF WORK TO BE DONE.
1.) THE CONTRACTOR WILLL PROVIDE QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE OF 1 UNIT 135KVA STANDBY POWER GEBERATOR AT CARGO TERMINAL BUILDING TO WIT;
a. ENGINE TEST RUN
b. CHECK ENGINE OIL LEVEL, CHANGE OIL, REMOVE AND REPLACE OIL/FUEL FILTERS, INSPECT ENGINE SEALFOR LEAK AND FIGHTEN HOSE CLAMPS AS NECESSARY.
c. CLEAN OR REPLACEMENT AIR FILTERS AS REQUIRED
d. CHECK/INSPECT BEALT TENSION AND ADJUST AS NEEDED.
e. CHECK/CLEAN BATTERY TERMINALS/POST, FIGHTEN CABLES AS NEEDED INCLUDING BATTERY ELECTROLYTE LEVEL.
f. check engine coolant.
g. MONITOR GAUGES /METERS
h. SUBMIT RECOMMENDATIONS IF NECESSARY
2.) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL DELIVER ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS AND OTHER ELECTRICAL CONPONENT NEEDE FOR THE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF STANDBY POWER GENERATOR
3.) TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF THE UNIT.
4.) MINIMUM JOB WARRANTY PERIOD FOR AT LEAST SIx (6) MONTHS.
