It contemplates the major maintenance, as well as the different operational systems and equipment associated with the container and its adjacent areas and includes, among others, the following activities:  Blocking, inertization and unlocking of the sphere.  Mobilization and demobilization  Construction of internal and external scaffolding.  Partial dismantling of fire system  Execution of the activities of the inspection plan and approved trials.  Welding laces repair internally and externally  Repairs and/or pipe replacement.  Construction and installation of supports for the fire system.  Acoustic emission tests to the LPG pressure container.  Ultrasound trials under the phase arrangement technique (Phesed Array).  Preparation of surfaces and general external paint of both the equipment and the stairs and metal platform.  Disassembly, maintenance and assembly or replacement of valves, packages, asparagus among others.  Assembly, review, check and fire system (SCI) tests.  Tests of hermeticity of the sphere and pipes.  Thermal insulation of LPG loading and discharge of the sphere. ...
