• BIX is in the process of appointing a Service Provider to undertake the works associated with its Network Operation Centre-NOC Services • The service provider should ensure continuous BIX services 24X7X365 for both internal and external real-time support for BIX facilities • The service provider must provide fully trained and qualified experienced networking professionals services that can be able to monitor, support, maintain, troubleshoot, install, networking configuration, etc. to enhance BIX NOC Services • The service provider must commit to providing the service with due regard to practical experience, work quality, and efficiency
