The WBG invites qualified firms to express interest to provide services associated with the WBG-s requirement for Managed Print Services at its Headquarters in Washington, D.C. and selected country offices.
1.Offeror must be able to provide full time on-site support for all services provided in HQ (Washington DC area).
2. Offeror must attest that it has all required licenses, permits and related paperwork to operate in the line of business offered in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of the jurisdiction wherein it is providing services. Provide copy of memorandum of association.
3. Offeror shall have revenues of at least USD x during each of the prior two (2) years and has been operating in a positive position in at least one of the two years. Provide the copy of latest two years certified financial statements highlighting the revenue and profit figures.
4. Offeror must have successfully and continuously been engaged in providing Managed Print Services in Washington DC and various other countries in different regions/continents like those required (similar service) in this RFP over the last five (5) years. Copy of certificate of incorporation/registration is required.
5. Offeror must confirm that whether they can provide an Enterprise on-prem and an Enterprise cloud MPS solutions.
Offeror must provide its physical address that can accept courier from the World bank containing the sample papers/ID badges for testing purpose.
Offeror must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving the RFP from the World Bank.
