Tenders are invited for Management of Natural Resources in the Bafing and Bere Regions
Submission of tenders
Proposals in accordance with the Call for Projects File must be submitted in a sealed envelope, sent by registered mail or by private express courier or delivered by hand to the address indicated below:
To Mr KOUADIO Kouassi Amed, Procurement Officer, Abidjan Plateau, Perigon building-4th floor, door 404- C2D Project Monitoring Unit of the Ministry of Interior and Security, located at the General Directorate of Decentralization and Local Development (DGDDL), between the National Assembly and Notre Dame du Plateau College, not far from the Youth Employment Agency.
Proposals must be submitted as follows:
- six (06) copies each including one (01) original and five (05) copies in A4 format. In case of differentiation of the copies of the proposals, it is the original which prevails.
- Also provided in electronic format (USB key) in a separate file (the complete application must not be split into different files). The electronic file must be exactly identical to the attached paper version.
- Must also be attached to the proposal, the declaration of environmental and social integrity downloadable from the site: www.afd.fr
- The envelope must bear the reference number and the title of the Call for Projects, the name complete and the address of the leader of the project, as well as the mention "TO OPEN ONLY IN MEETING OF THE SPECIAL JUDGMENT COMMISSION".
Proposals sent by other means (eg fax or e-mail) or delivered to other addresses will be rejected.
Tenders must be received no later than 19/08/2022 at 4:00 p.m. (GMT) at the above address.
