Tender Details

The assignment concerns the management of the entire North Holland Dune Reserve, including the Marquette estate in Heemskerk. The assignment is divided into four lots, namely Marquette, VTA, NHD other and ecological mowing management.

Different types of work are requested within the plotswhich fall under management. This includes mowing and inspection work, but also work in the field of tree safety. The mowing activities vary from recreational to ecological mowing management. All work falls under management and maintenance and these are recurring annually.

AAll work is carried out within vulnerable dune areas or on the Marquette estate, which requires specific knowledge and experience. To test this, 3 different core competencies are asked, namely: demonstrable experience with working on estates, experience with nature conservationand grounds maintenance in hilly sandy nature reserves and demonstrable experience in recording work carried out using GIS/GPS tracking.
