The Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Authority of Manitoba (“LGCA”) is issuing this request for proposals (“RFP”) as part of its ongoing research program. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified research organizations (“candidates”) to administer two consecutive online surveys to a representative sample of at least 1, 200 adult Manitobans and conduct subsequent data analysis (“project”). The two 10- to 15-minute surveys will occur following two separate runs of the LGCA-s sports betting public education campaign and will assess Manitoban-s recall of creative materials and messaging related to the campaign. The first survey will be fielded in March 2025; the second will be fielded in May 2025.
