Eligibility of Tenderer : Eligibility of Tendered:Up to Date EED 2023-24 A1 or A2 License.Up to date renewed Trade License (2023-24)New VAT Registration Certificate (BIN)In came Tax Clearance Certificate (2023-24) with Acknowledgement slip.Photo Copy of National ID Card.Minimum 03(Three) years of general experience.The minimum specific experience as a Supplier in Supply of Class Room Furniture (High Bench, Low bench, Table, Chair, Almirah etc) of at least One contract successfully completed within the last 03(three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 12.00 Lac in any Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. (Copy of Work Order and Work Completion Certificate must be included)The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK. 12.00 lac. Credit Facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PG2-5 mentioning the name of single work i.e single tender ID. Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted. Bank Solvency/ Bank Statement Certificate will not be allowed as liquid asset as per govt. rule.If the Tenderer quoted price is excessively less than the estimated price, than the Tenderer will be technically non-responsive and TEC committee decission is final in this regards.If the proposed brand furniture is other than the schedule brand TEC committes decession cosider final.
