Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake, CA uses a suite of Modeling and Simulation (M&S) tools to support the development, test, fielding, and sustainment of weapon systems of multiple weapons programs. The purpose of this contract is to procure M&S Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for NAWCWD programs in all phases of a program-s lifecycle. Supporting tasks include, but are not limited to: systems engineering, M&S strategy and planning, requirements development, development, execution, analysis, documentation, verification, validation, and accreditation support. Specific requirements are described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This SOW is access controlled. Qualified vendors should request access to the SOW as described in the below instructions:



Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Export Controlled Information. Access to CUI is limited, to a single point of contact (POC) per CAGE code, who is listed as the Data Custodian on the DD 2345 and approved by Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The DD 2345 must be approved prior to requesting access to CUI in SAM.gov. Contractors are responsible for coordinating with their CAGE code-s Data Custodian POC to request access to CUI. This Market Research tool is being used to identify potential and eligible firms, of all sizes, prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a solicitation.
