Ifc Asia Infrastructure and Fig Team is Undertaking a Regional Market Study through the Appointment of a Market Consultant for Thailand; Indonesia; Philippines; Vietnam; Malaysia and Cambodia (“Target Markets”).the Objective of the Study is to Facilitate the Understanding of (I) Power Sector in Target Markets (Ii) the Market Size and Growth of C&I Solar Rooftop Sector for the Next 10 Years; (Iii) Regulatory Regime; (Iv) the Competitive Landscape; (V) Offtaker Landscape; (Vi) Provision of Retail Tariff Forecast for C&I Customers for the Next 10 Years; In each of the Target Markets; (Vii) Access to Finance and (Viii) Overall Financial analysis.following an Initial Overview of the Target Market; The Study will Deep Dive into 3 to 4 Selected Countries to Identify the Most Appropriate C&I Solar Rooftop Financing Structures in each of the Shortlisted Markets including Inter Alia Guarantees and Credit Enhancement; Risk Sharing Facilities; Blended Finance; Innovative and Sustainable Thematic Debt Instruments with Technical Assistance to Fis as Needed.
