In particular, the following services are required:

•Second level assistance for the productAnalysis Laboratory software used in the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region (DNLab system), with ticketing managed by a technical consultancy area (technical system analyst) for a duration of 12 months 12 optional months;

•First and second level for the software that manages the41042ad53247f54a3e573a8c87482365instrument interfacing middleware (Halia system), with 24/7 support extension for 12 months 12 months optional;

•Corrective, adaptive and evolutionary maintenance on the DNLab-Halia integrated software platform for 12 months 12 months41042ad53247f54a3e573a8c87482365i optional.

•Professional consultancy services for:

adaptation of the Halia system for the integration of analytical instruments acquired/replaced by Healthcare Companies in the Analysis Laboratory sectors.

support for the transfer of FSE reports to CDA 2.0.
