TITLE: Market dialogue - Inspection and maintenance of Energy's winding couplers (winding coupler audit)

Description: During the period 2023-2030, Energinet expects to review approx. 300-400 Winding couplers (OLTC) on a number of selected 132/150/220/400 kV transformers and reactors.
The reviews are distributed on winding coupler with oil-insulated load coupler (about 80%) and vacuum load coupler (about 20%).
Energinet takes the view that revision of winding couplers is a special service requiring great technical insight and in some cases can only be performed with certified crew.
Depending on the specific winding coupler type, the audits will either be carried out by staff approved by Energinet or staff approved by suppliers (eg ABB and M. Reinhausen).
In this connection, Energinet would like in dialogue with interested companies that will be able to carry out revision of winding couplers.
