This is a request for information, the purpose of which is to collect and share information for a future procurement and to enable dialogue between the procurement unit and potential bidders.
The service includes customer accounts of the unitstaking care of all medicine care, which includes the mechanical dose distribution of medicines for a period of two (2) weeks in single doses, the administration of customer prescriptions and the review of customer medication. The service also includes medicines that are not suitable for mechanical dose distribution (e.gixi insulins, asthma medicines, creams and bottle preparations).
The service includes the transportation of medicines to the offices agreed with the Subscriber every two (2) weeks, divided by office / department, and the removal of disposable medicines.
Procurement is divided into parts by region. ThisAt this stage, the plan is to divide the contracts according to the municipal division of the Satakunta welfare area, where the division can be made into smaller parts in the area of larger municipalities.
The purpose of the market dialogue is to discuss e.g. about the implementation options and content of the procurement.
The customer currently hasae valid contracts ko. of services and new contracts enter into force when the previous ones expire.
The service must comply with the directly binding regulations of the European Union, Finnish
laws and regulations, and regulations issued by the authorities.
