The scope of work is divided into 3 services:

Component 1: Market Study/Research
Market research plan
Market Data Collection Review / Analysis
Market mapping and segmentation
Analyze findings.
Research of certifications and labels needed before distribution and export.

Component 2: Marketing and sales strategy
Develop a marketing strategy for Gaio, strengthening its market positioning.
Develop a sales strategy
Recommend appropriate marketing channels and tactics based on the target audience

Component 3: Legal
Legal Advisory
Company Registration
Legal Advisory on Partnership preparation and agreements

Qualifications:
Applications to this proposal can be from independent trainers/consultants, Corporate or Agency.
The service provider should have at least 5 years of experience in working with startups.
Knowledge in providing legal advice, and helping organizations navigate legal registration.
Effective communicator with any audience in an organized and professional manner.
Use of tools and methods to finalize the consultancy mission with the support of the beneficiary.
Have previous experience in providing consultancy services to startups.
The service provider should have experience in Marketing and Sales services.
Knowledge in healthcare/cosmetics industry.
