The Friedrichstadt-Palast Berlin is by far the most visited stage in Berlin. On the largest theater stage in the world, more than half a million guests experience the finest modern show entertainment every year. The GmbH has around 290 employees with over 100 artists and 60 contributors behind den sets and plays the world's biggest ensuite shows here. A 280-strong young ensemble also belongs to the house.
The Friedrichstadt-Palast has 1, 895 seats and has to achieve an occupancy rate of over 80% of paid tickets/year. On average, we sell around 500 T a yearTickets with a sales volume of EUR 24 million. In our marketing strategy, we rely on dynamic price control. Our tickets are available through our webshop, our ticket hotline and our box office. In addition to the B2C business, our B2B team works with various third partiesbidders such as tour operators and booking offices.
The Friedrichstadt-Palast intends to re-purchase its ticket system for its events and the corresponding marketing processes. With the new procurement, a constant improvement of the internal processe aimed to reduce manual work steps and increase employee satisfaction.
