This Contract concerns the Supply, Integration and Support (maintenance included) of a Software Solution for simulating the costs of derivatives for the Markets and Financing Division of the EDF SA Group.
The Solution allows:
- to simulate the temporal evolution of the mark-to-market of derivatives in aprobabilistic,
- to simulate the evolution of the cost components of foreign exchange and interest rate derivatives over time, in particular the counter-intuitive effects linked to the dynamics of the portfolio by banking counterparty,
- to rationalize the costs linked to credit charges and capital (xVA) applieded by banks as part of the management of EDF SA's bond assets and liabilities,
- to control the impact of collateralised derivatives on the EDF Group's cash flow.
The Market also includes Software Solution Training, the 'Expertise and Advice on the Software Solution, The Maintlaunch of the Software Solution.
The maximum volume of the Market is approximately 100 users.
