The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (hereafter "MMM") is planning the acquisition of evaluations of Finland's CAP plan (the EU's common agricultural policy).

The subject of the procurement are the following evaluations, which would start in 2024:

-Agriculture's profitability, competitiveness, adaptation to changing risks andopportunities for young farmers to start up (MAAT)

-Position of producers in the value chain (VALUE)

-Animal welfare, health and biosecurity (EHT)

-Responsible food system (FOOD)

-Agricultural climate change control and reduction of ammonia emissions (ILMA)

-Effects on agricultural nutrientsfrom irrigation to waterways and efficient utilization of production inputs (LOAD)

-Effects on agricultural nature and genetic diversity (LUMO)

-Functionality of agricultural risk management tools in use

-Functionality of the AKIS system
