This tender notice is to obtain pricing and service details for a Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights strategic & implementation partner.Note that the CRM system used by BDC is also undergoing a significant change, upgrading from Dynamics on premises to Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the Cloud. The new CRM is expected to be deployed before the Marketing Automation and CDP modules (Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights), target for CRM deployment is mid-2025.The objective of this RFP is to identify and select a Bidder capable of providing strategic advice, as well as architecture, analysis and implementation & migration services that allows BDC to accelerate its Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights platform implementation while maximizing value generated from the platform and supporting the organization-s wider digital transformation efforts.This procurement request covers four (4) main types of services: Strategic, Discovery, Delivery and Continuous Delivery, which will be delivered across three (3) mandates: 1) Strategic & Discovery; 2) Delivery; and 3) Continuous Delivery (optional).Note that Appendix "E" is comprised of 2 documents.
